The location was absolutely perfect, situated just a short stroll from a quaint village with picturesque pubs, tea rooms, and shops. It was such a peaceful retreat compared to busier, more commercial areas nearby. I was thrilled to discover that the hotel even had its own little menagerie, with horses, pigs, geese, chickens. It added a unique touch to the overall ambiance.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

We went to The Burley Inn that was easy walk to the apartment. Highcliffe castle is just around the corner. Our days here were PERFECT.

A surprise gem in the New Forest! The village was charming, and the horses adding to the fairy-tale atmosphere. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of hot English tea, and the team was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the local recommendations they provided us with. The room was cosy with a warm atmosphere, which created the perfect comfortable yet private atmosphere.
The room did need attention. Some parts of the shower and the tiles showed signs of age, and we needed to use our shampoo and soap.

Great location, situated near many local bars and restaurants and not too far from the local sites. the staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service, always ready to help. the breakfast was outstanding, offering a variety of dishes to choose from and cooked to order. the rooms were clean and tidy, with fresh towels provided daily.
The room looked old and outdated, with old furniture and a worn-out carpet, which made it feel quite unwelcoming and shabby. the shower was weak, with inconsistent water pressure, which made it difficult to have a proper shower.
